Refund policy
At Earthkinn, we take great care in ensuring that every product is carefully packed and delivered to you in perfect condition. Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered - except in the situations outlined below.
Returns Are Accepted Only If:
• The product received is expired
• The product delivered does not match your order
• The product packaging is damaged at the time of delivery
To initiate a return request, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
Step 1: Email us at info@theearthkinn.in within 24 hours of delivery.
Step 2: Share your Order ID along with clear images of:
– The product
– The packaging
– The invoice
Step 3: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will arrange a pickup within 3–5 business days.
Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

All return requests are subject to verification and inspection by the Earthkinn team based on the images and the returned product.
